"Spirit Wind Key" for Windlord Tempesta

It's a quest you get after hitting Twilight Sky 3. You get to chose an elemental (fire, water or wind). I chose wind, and it requires you to investigate Luneska City and collect the key.

I checked the spot the autopath led me to. Spent five seconds investigating. There's the key on the ground right behind Mushi NPC.

And the client says "You are not the owner of the collection. Cannot collect."
I proceeded to check the entire city. Went up into the air, checked there, reached max altitude. No key other than the one under the blue shield. I killed nearby minions. Talked to Mushi. I tried to even log off and check the database (and google)

Please, anyone has any idea how to get this key?
Slowly going nuts here!

    I think you needed to kill some mob in order to get the key/to be able to dig the key. Its been weeks since I did that quest though so I am not completely sure. I remember not having issues with it though.

    Killed a lot of mobs, both near the coordinates and around the city. Nothing.

    EDIT: Well, it was the weirdest thing ever. As a last resort I trashed the quest and retook it. Reached the spot and the wind key spawned. The one I was trying to dig either was of someone else (and mine didn't spawn) or the game bugged out like crazy because I was the only one there for over half a hour

    Yeah it does this I had to do the exact thing sombody came up and swiped it and glitched the quest , I finally had to fully trash and retake I thought I was losing my mind that there was some unseen key in my quest log too or somthing
