Starchart sale duration

Dear GMs,

Can you please confirm how long the starchart sales will last? They started last week, but then considering the Illusionary Crystals and the 11/12 orb sales ended prematurely without notice, we are not sure how long these chart items will stay on for.

    @aensidhe Apologies for the late reply, I needed my forum permissions sorted.

    If you're referring to the sales I think you are (which should be the 11/2 Cash Shop update with the Astrospira Pearl and Astrobana Pearls) these items should remain on sale the cash shop until the 16th or in easier terms, until maintenance on Tuesday.

    As for the Illusionary Crystals and the Orbs going off sale, this was actually due in part to me scheduling these items to fall off right on Saturday both weeks in a row...which unfortunately conflicted with DST two weeks in a row. It was an assumption on my part that these would run their duration, which they did not. It is my deepest apologies that this occurred and was not communicated in a timely manner. I have made the necessary changes in future cash shops though to compensate for this error (but I'll refrain from saying further what those changes might be until they've been officially announced. But they are definitely good changes!)

    Unfortunately, a promo is kicking off for Lorelei so, Kestra's period has passed. If you were hoping for the Kestra card specifically, you'll have to wait until it rotates back in. My only hint on sales of specific items is that their durations had been extended for these items that had been affected by DST, and have been included in a cash shop update appearing very soon!

    We're locked in for now. Next week is Black Friday however...

    (Shh! Don't tell Orinj!)

    Will we be getting any combined 15% charge bonus/charge reward offers anytime soon? We have not had one in almost a month and I think it would be helpful for those looking to put some money in for the holidays/black friday sales.

    Oh, I was referring to the extension of the Astrobana and Astropira sale which just ended as the Lorelei promo started. =O

    Drat! I may have said to much *whistles*

    Astrobana and Spira should have ran a proper two weeks as far as I'm aware from 11/2 to 11/16 - don't tell me they shorted as well? If they ran for that duration then that's good. If not...

    Extensions of sales aren't normally done on a sale in progress as far as I know - items will end up phasing out when they're told to and can come back on a future schedule.

    The Astrobana/spira sale ended, but the astrobana orbs have been removed from boutique totally, when it shouldn't be. Can GMs please check this?

    @aensidhe I think there was some email about them wanting to remove a particular level of bana or spria pill, but I don't remember which. I'll have to ask surtr when he gets in today.

    UPDATE : Astrobanas were removed purposely, per dev request. Unclear of the reasoning behind it, but this appears to have been a purposeful change.

    Thank you for checking. It does seem very weird considering it has always been a permanent fixture to the shop. =S

    In any case, I do sincerely hope Astrobana and Astropira pills will be added back as flash sales during the Lorelei promotion. =D
