PWI rel graphical issue

As of yesterday i notice that everything PWI/Arc related has an issue. it would seem my screen is running(if that makes any sense), like lines running across the screen but only for PWI stuff, anyone else have that exp.

    In my experience lines = graphic card issues >.> aside that perhaps its at an odd resolution for your screen? causing tearing.

    try verifying your files. takes a while but might solve the issue, unless like sirkura said, it's graphic card related
