Help! Need to get rid off an item

There's an item that I can't get rid off. In the discription it says: doesn't drop, unable to be discarded/sold/traded/put into acount stash. Any one knows what to do with this item? It kinda sit in my bank for ages. (its a lv4 equipment)

    Go to PW Promotions Agent and destroy the equipment. Takes a few days but better than having it forever.
    If its a weapon you can go to.. uh.. the npc near or next to banker and trade it for 1 chi stone, getting rid of it right away.
