Bugged Homestead Quest

Hello.
There are some issues with homestead quests where they cannot be finished.
1. I received land and few basic buildings which i built.
2. Later i got quest to build market (i already built it before and could not remove it from map to rebuild it and quest didn't count in that i already built it).
3. As quest is not possible to finish then i cannot receive quest reward: "Generic Design Pack: Rookie". On top of that i also didn't receive free elysian charter that other players gets at lvl 10 homestead.

Of course i ended up deleting quest as there was no way to finish it, while most recipes can be contracted and elysian charter can be bought from npc that isn't such a big problem. But on of the recipes in "Generic Design Pack: Rookie" is for Phoenix Bamboo and there is no other way to get it.
-It cannot be contracted and sold(none of the market items are allowed)
-It cannot be found within buyable lvl 1 recipes from merchant
-Daily quests for lvl 1 plants will never gives this tree either.

So there is quite UNIQUE item that cannot be obtained if you built market before getting quest to place lvl 1 market in your homestead.

    Ways to fix quest so it wouldn't fail for others in future:
    1. Allow to build market only after you receive quest so you cannot fail quest.
    2. Allow to take down market so it can be rebuilt and quest can be finished.
    3. Change quest to count in already built market.

    Ways to make unique recipe available for players who failed quest:
    1. Allow market items to be sold thru contracts.
    2. Sell recipe in Mechant shop that sells other recipes.
    3. Add recipe to lvl 1 gardening quest rewards.
    4. Add recipe to Botique( not sure if players will be happy to pay).
    5. Allow quest to be retaken (if you fix it with variant 2 or 3 in above), this should fix missing free Elysian charter problem too.


    Currently only way for me to get that recipe is if i delete the character, make new one, level it and get new homestead, and be careful to not build anything in homestead before i receive a quest to build it.....and this should not be the only solution in game.
