have quest to get oren titans body

in Twilight Temple (West)
can see this big blue like shell under ship on top it says its orins body but there is no way to dig it enter it or what
Sooo how am I suppossed to get the dam body

    It's a sky lvl quest you can't dig it until you receive a boundary quest...

    You can dig it, you just have to hoover the mouse over the top of npc if I recall. Not near the ground. It's a bit abnormal. Or maybe its was the other way around, you have to hoover near the very bottom. I forgot.
