Upgraded Thundersnow

For anyone with the primal version of Thundersnow, would you advise getting it or ignoring the upgrade? I see the initial damage is reduced from lvl 11 to lvl 12 with the DoT effect being increased. Is this a worthwhile tradeoff?

    Its worth it because it takes more from weapon damage which means higher refines=higher stacks

    It's very worth it, the initial damage takes a small hit but the dot damage is 4x higher and will hurt even players in pvp at end game.

    Also fyi, thundersnow is based on base damage, not wep damage. Base damage is about 10x more than wep damage, base damgae = (1+Magic/100)*wep damage.
    Also wep damage is every source of +magic att such as wep, neumas, cards, titles, engraves, etc.
