Playing on the Mainland

Hello. I'm new to this class. I've played the other ones where you start on the mainland and by level 20 you are playing around the city of Archosaur, etc. My husband is on the mainland right now and I'm on Dawnglory (? i think that's the name if i remember correctly). Will I ever get to the mainland....Archosaur, etc? If so, when? What level?

I think questline takes you there around level 30.
