Messed up item count while trading

Was buying something a few minutes ago when this happened Click Me I was trying to use 34 big notes but whenever I moused over them it said 62 (the amount in my inventory). The trade went through and only used 34 like it was supposed to but it was not showing the correct amount when I moused over them. Is this just something messed up or am I just misunderstanding?
