No one sucks except for Bad players. You can be NPC-geared and still cause the demise for an endgame player due to well-timed CC.

Unfortunatly...most people that have lower gears and esp those that didnt even bother to max out all passives (stats and buffs) possible tend to be extremely useless due to their casual-ness (if thats even a word). Hence people that are lazy ingame are most likely gargabe in any way except if they already had some sort of experience in this game beforehand. So yeah. I'd say 95% of all NV3 players are garbage...but the same number can be applied to r9 people as well!
