So where are the new permanent Weapon fashions?

According to this news of a couple of days ago, there are some permanent fashions added for two weeks but I can not find them in the boutique at all? Only those 30 days rip off versions that everyone hates, how do I get them?

    I'm probably getting for my DB. No real option for male cleric and the dragon stave looks average at best for my veno.

    Edit; Also whoever posted that news either hates his job or hate weapon fashions, how about a freaking pic to check them? PWI wants to sell them or not? Laziness...
