How can someone send a ticket when support site doesnt work?

tickets over arc are removed
if i go with support site from the website always a page comes with internal server error or the support site wanted to direct me to to many sites and it stops

if somthing is wrong (i didnt recive the rewards even after maintenance) how can pwi be contacted if the websites dont work?

    I had this problem too with their website, there is something they have to do to fix it on their end for you (I'm not sure what it was, it was some setting I think, but I could actually file tickets from alternate accounts)

    You can send in a request via email. Their ticket support email is: customerservice@perfectworld.com. Let them know you're having a problem submitting tickets via support page so they can fix that as well.    ​​
