Not getting credit for Meridian Calendar and losing Meridian attemps

I've noticed on several of my char's that even though they have been logged in daily for weeks/months, the number of Meridian attempts i can take has gone to 1 ( one ) attempt. This has happened at least once or three times for most of my daily logged char's. Has this happened to anyone else? It's not terribly important to these char's as they are just alts. But if it is happening to more than just my char's I would appreciate knowing how far this glitch is effecting PWI players.
