HELP!!! I cant remember my email to log into my account (Banned account from playing in south korea)

I cant remember my email for the account that I got banned for playing pwi in south korea during my vacation I sent in tickets but I feel like they are going to tell me "contact us on your email that you made your account with" cleary I CANNOT. I know my user and pass but not my email, I cant even log on to the site because im banned. I am willing to answer any questions to comfirm my idenity to get the email. I just need help getting my account back
