Dragonbreath quest help

hey,
I just unlocked the homestead, did the whole introduction part, but i cant seem to find where to start the questchain to get the 5 dragonbreath fragments. the npc where you make the weapon doesnt have a quest for me. So where do i start the quest chain? thanks in advance

    Is there a possibility where you went too fast and missed where it says you have to wait a day?

    There's also a part where I've noticed some people don't give the Sigil of Nightblooms and question it such as yourself.    ​​

    it might be but i thought that part happened after you get the first dragonbreath fragment. i've got 2 sigil of nightbloom. as i did the HS daily.

    it wasnt that. basically i havent even started the dragonbreath weapon questchain yet. so basically which npc do i go to to start it?

    The one in west archosaur between the matchmaker and apothecary.
    Since its few months ago i did mine, im not sure but i think you had to pick a 2nd option on quest in order to accept it. Or maybe thats first later on, idk.

    idk. i decided since i can make the dragonbreath fragments without the quest i'll just use the sigils to get them.
