R9 4th cast materials gone from boutique?

I've been trying to buy Orichalcum Ignot today and I just can't find them in boutique. Can't find the other material as well. Anyone knows what happened?

    Cause they arent on sale. Its not a permanent item like (for example) War avatar catalyst.
    R9r4 mats coming on sale from time to time.
