Barb vs DB pk (CANUS_MAJOR V. TIGGA) Etherblade

Hiya all,

My name is CANUS_MAJOR and I am from the Etherblade server, and I just started making videos of some pk, I have only been pk'ing for about a year now, before then any pvp was either TW or NW. Anyway this is my first full vid I made, the quality is alright, enough to tell whts goin on lol. I used the music through Spotify, so at some point there is an ad :D , I just didn't want to edit out the ad for the sake of consistency for the vid. Currently don't have a youtube channel that's functional, I just upload everything to my dropbox account :D

my gear:
-rrr9 full vit shards, all armor pieces are +12, helm is +12, robe and ornaments and wep +11
-spirit is right around 1362 unbuffed, i used an ink dragon in the video

TIGGA
-rrr9 full deity shards, all armor and wep are +12, all ornaments are +11 from what i remember
-his spirit is hovering around 1600 unbuffed

Anyway feel free to tell me what u think of the vid, and any constructive criticism is welcome! :)

    I am a little confused by what u mean it not being a full fight, it has a start and an end :o

    Nobody ganna ask how can he afford full deity with +12 and about 1600 base spirit but +11 orns.... Really? Lmfao

    I was unsure about his ornaments, i just knew for sure they were +11 wasn't sure bout +12 but they might be

    Wow, that looked quite painful for your charm.

    Barb lost 1.2m charm while duskblade barely got touched xD.

    oh thts weird superfedee, the actual video reaches the 15:28 mark so atleast u didn't miss too much, I hope no one else had that problem.

    I was watching the vid also and it just abruptly ended in the middle of the fight. Have no idea who won in the end. IDK if it's a problem with dropbox or what, but it's happening to more than 1 person.

    damn must be a dropbox thing. It is quite a long video so maybe thts the issue. When I watched it on my computer i could watch the whole thing but maybe thts because its my account so not sure how that works for others, spoiler alert tig wins :D:'(

    xD Thank you for uploading this video: First off (kinda unrelated but ya) it shows what I thought. Just how bad and oblivious Tigga is to any sort of decent Combos/Locking. Man, he can crit you for 5k's regularly, Only crits...I beat a Full josd Barb, better geared than yourself with my full vit stone 1.3k spirit duskblade..I was hitting that guy for 2k crits max without debuffs and managed to win twice in a row.

    Aside from that..you gave away alot of chances. Granted, it didnt weight that much since tigga obviously has no clue what he is doing but man you really need to use Fortify vs Duskblades. Anyone (no matter the class) that is not using fortify dies vs a great duskblade right after they have wasted their genie for Faith/AD. You need fortify to break out Divine/Destiny Hunter-Combos.

    IJS, next time use Fortify and maybe a DEX/STR hybrid genie like I use it on my Barb against Tigga and you roll him easily. You are tanky enough to just need a 50 DEX WindShield to render most of his non-combo'ed dmg useless. I highly recommend not to set your hopes on Faith, esp vs Duskblades. Thats too risky. Its 1 chance that if messed up will get you killed. Then again, thats vs good duskblades.

    Overall you did good tho your luck on Paralyze is nearly as fcked up as mine xDD so annyoing IKR? :D

    Well just to clear up any confusion, the point of me posting the video wasn't too rip on TIGGA or DB's in general. Me and TIGGA I wouldn't really consider friends, but we don't have issues with each other at all either, atleast that i am aware of :D . When it comes to Etherblade, in regards to endggame DB's they r few and far between, and I havent seen many others that actively pk at the times im out there, and TIGGA is usually down for a fight. like I said I am new to pk'ing and making videos so I thought it would be interesting to post since you don't see many db's and barbs going at it, atleast on Etherblade server.

    That being said, Joe i have been bouncing around the idea of making a str/dex genie and I need to look into using fortify and windshield more. Up till this point, I really tried hard to make an all puprpose genie for pvp and pve, rather than making multiple genies so I can definetly understand tht critique, especially with the faith I definetly relied on it a little too much and it didnt seem to give me the opening i was hoping for anyway so I'll have to approach fightin DB's a little differently. When it comes to Paralyze, when I fight sins and DB's it never seems to proc lol. Anyway thanks for the feedback. :)
