Failed to Find Homestead

SSIA.

The response to my ticket about this issue sends me here. I meet the requirements and completed the initial quest when the expansion came out. Now I appear to be locked out of my homestead. I have no quests on my list about it. What now?

In an unrelated and (I find) hysterical note, the links included in the e-mail response to my ticket lead me to the old version of the forums. Not very encouraging.

    You probably got walked through this with the CS rep, but for the sake of just double checking everything I want to confirm the following-

    1) You have checked with all the NPCs that give the quests to make sure it didn't somehow fail during the expansion came out (and of course by default you had met the req's to have gotten auto teleported)

    1a) You had not "lost" any quest items or didn't have quests trigger from doing the following

    2) You have been able to successfully enter your Homestead after you completed your questline i.e. between the expansion and now, you've been able to get in before but somehow recently you can not.

    If both conditions have been met (there is no lingering quests at any of the provided NPCs and you have been able to access your Homestead previously, but now can not) then this should be looked at. If you have any SS you can provide, that would be helpful and greatly appreciated as well.

    Also a side note to your sidenote : Eeep! They should really change that!
