No more Rewards for the few and leaving out many

This suggestion is just a very simple one as over the years I've seen so many codes, so many events, so many instances when pwi could of done something cool and they drop the ball completely. To get more to the point I mean you guys keep rewarding the few and leaving out tons of players and here are just some very recent examples.

#1 200 event gold code. Once again this was email only like the exp stone was before. Lots of people didn't get either code, I happened to get one. Both times when people didn't get code arc said the same thing "your email is not configured correctly or needs to be updated". If this is really true though then how did I not get first code on any account for the stone code yet this time 2 of my alts got the code for event gold and I have made no changes to emails what-so-ever in between?

#2 Monkey event. Once again you give a lot of people nothing in this because one of the mats you need to make the BEST stuff with the least amount of mats requires you to still have invitation scrolls which....hello? They had already been removed from game like say a month before event? So only players that had a ton stocked up get to benefit here and once again the greater majority gets left behind.

I could go on for 20+ examples of how pwi messed up something that could of been great but at the end of the day I know what the reasons will be "you can't please everyone" "this is harder than it seems". Maybe those would be good excuses if you didn't literally leave 85% of players out each time but that's basically all I see?

Suggestion is simple, get it together and actually think things through before releasing codes and starting events. Review who could be left out of whatever you are trying to achieve and over come that don't just say "oh well you know what not everyone will get this but meh". How hard would it of been to add another quest for the mat on the monkey quest and not have it be a chance item for maybe the 4% of people that have those invitation scrolls stocked up? Makes absolutely no sense at all.

    as per the 200 event gold email code. there is a sticky on general discussion from Domino telling you to contact customer support on this one as everyone was supposed to recieve the code. This one is the top of the page sticky called "If you didn't recieve your code yet"

    And for the monkey event. i totally agree. too bad that event will be gone by the July 7 or so i've heard

    kind of off topic. but with your 85% and 4%... Unless you have done the statistical research to verify your claim (And i highly doubt you did) don't post stats without proof. a surprising number of people do this all the time on the forums, and it just makes the entire arguement seem silly. easy solution is to be vague about the amount.
