on patchnotes they didnt said that it is enabled, and in the past @thenamesdomino said that tournament is disabled

@thenamesdomino This feature is part of the entire Elysium expansion and is an every thursday Pk Tournament Event. It has not functioned once since the expansion. The reason everyone is so excited about it is because after several years the local PK Tournament has been given an update giving us the ability to win better more defensive helmets - While also introducing a Cross-Server version of the event which also has not functioned since its introduction.

The only version of this even that currently works is level 80 version. This pk tournament was designed for tiers of levels and no level other than the beginner level may join. I've held my tounge on this topic waiting patently for it to be fixed but it doesn't seem that anyone even knows that its broken.

Please make this a priority to be fixed because this is a HUGE event especially since the PWE company made all servers PVE and pretty much limited all forms of PVP on a game that is designed for PVP ಠ_ಠ ...​​

Have to agree here. We've been wanting something like this for as long as I can recall.

It's very disappointing as me and a few others wait at the NPC each week hoping it gets fixed. It is also pretty much the only way to upgrade the new weapon. I've been doing UP each day, but even that is starting to get to the point where it's not worth the time if additional means of working toward weapon upgrades are not released.

Honestly, after taking away cross server NW, there is nearly nothing to do on PWI in terms of PvP, appart from TW (that is IF you have a fun fight and the other faction shows up).​​

So before I pass this on to QA, I'll definitely need some points clarified-

1) Is an NPC for the new PK event showing up for local server participation? If so what time server time and what does the NPC say or not say? Are there more than one NPC spawning?
2) Are there any accompanying system announcements for said tournament?

I'm sure some of it has been pointed out here and there, but if something is showing up that wasn't intended to go live or not announced to be live, that could cause problems. Unless this is a call to put the feature in?

No announcement other than the one that is on the event calendar under "special Event" - "Tour. - Braver Arena" Lvl 100-105. Time: 19:50 - 22:00 on Thursday. Says to talk to the "Tournament Warrior Agent" to sign up. The current NPC you can go to is called "Thursday Night Fights Merchant. It says to sign up every Thursday from 19:40-20:00.You can even use an angel to port to the NPC each week. I'm guessing this is the server agent. Not sure if I remember the x-server agent showing up.

No world chat style announcements that I remember.

The NPC spawned at 19:40 for European server time (10:40 for the west coast server) and claimed to require a Conquerer's Token to enter: http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/49493

This item seems to be unobtainable for us right now... my guess is that we'll have to get it in the local PvP tournament which isnt enabled yet

Did anyone catch a Screenshot of these NPC's spawning by any chance? Or of the chat announcements? If anyone got some that'd be greatly appreciated! And you guys are seeing an NPC OTHER than the "Thursday Night Fights Merchant" correct? UPDATE : this has been passed along to QA and they are currently looking into it. Thank you all for reporting it in!
