"Level too low" popup box spam

This just started happening last night. My BM left faction, and immediately after, the "Player Level Too Low" box popped up. I clicked 'Yes', and... Well, there's a ton of them, it's popping up about 5 boxes per second, and won't stop until I open a menu (talking to banker NPC, for example). Only does it on my BM, nothing else. BM is RB2, level 78. Other than leaving faction, I have done nothing differently... After I can get the boxes to stop popping up, they stop until I log out and back in, then it starts again.

I might be a bit too late on this, but when I left a faction previously I had a similar issue to you where I had constant pop-up boxes which made it difficult for me to do anything in-game. This was because I had picked up faction base quests, and upon becoming factionless they didn't fail automatically so they glitched out instead.

If you've got any faction base quests in your BM's quest log, try trashing them and see if that helps.

My BM had no quests at all at one point. XD I did join a new faction, and the boxes stopped spamming me.
