Ancient tome exp after lvl 105?

Hello

People in game have said they don't recommend leveling your current level to 105 until all previous levels are 105...but why is that?
If my current level hits 105 can I still earn exp and put it into the book to level up past levels?

I am 102/102/104 and 30%...I really wanted to at least get one toon to 105 once in this game.

Yes, you can still earn exp for the book, before you couldn't, it was a game mechanism that triggered when you reached 105 but that got fixed.

You shouldn't have lvled to 104 current though. The best point to stop is at 103.

At 103 you:
- Don't have a PvP disadvantage over lvl 105 people.
- AEU still gives good exp.
- PV exp is not nerfed.

It's harder to lvl previous lvls if you're 105 current, but oh well, too late now, good luck ^^

From what I recall when you're 105 current exp in pv is less because some mobs are green because they are more than 3 lvls below hence less exp intake. I would do 105/105/104 or 105/104/105

It's 102 for pv, at 103 you lose some exp from the lv 105 m9bs, but not too bad(and might be worth doing if you pvp a lot ), at 105 though there like a 10% dip which is really bad considering how much exp you can normally get from pv per day.

As for why ppl advise to get historic to 105 first, other than the exp nerf, it's because you get a LOT more stat points that you normally would have leveling current which is good for pve and pvp.

I leveled to 105 Current first as it was the closest to 105 so I could use 105 NW pvp pots. I did take a hit of like 10k exp per frog so that was depressing, but I powered through in the end : Worth. If you're not a pvper work on your historic levels first before current 105.​​

LOL! I run the instance 6 times a day for free. If you think you need to spend a bagillion dollars to run it and level then there's something wrong with you mentally.

Not only that but you can get another PV token from Shroud. So anyone with alts can simply pre-open instances and BAM switch from alt to alt instance spam leveling for free. Not very difficult. ​​
