looking for seamstress npc in celestial vale

Hiya all I just got an outfit from the cs and the desired pigment. but where if anywhere in the celestial vale is the Seamstress located?(I'm also looking for the inventory master)

    I don't think there are any in celestial vale, you'll need to go into the world map and into archosaur.
    I'm not sure if the other big cities have them either.​​
