R8 3rd???

 I guess I havent been paying much attention but is rank 8 3rd cast (from quicksand maze) easier now to get? Ive seen more recently and it got me curious I dont have the time to farm a ton of runs nor pay people on server to do it. Did it become pack items or something? If so please a link to the pack would be lovely. Also Sylen if this is a duplicate feel free to merge it just would love to see what Im missing out on.
Also before anyone says "just wait on g17" yeah uhm not ganna wait at reset for people to worldchat squads to do it or do it with the scrub squads I see after work not worth the 3hrs I keep seeing lol so reset is not possible for my timezone.

no it didnt't become a pack item and is still farmed the way it has been

Actually there is a pack item for recasting it now, it's called Dustfall: Cherish. Only pack I've seen in game so far that can give it is the Delicate Moon Chest. It only takes 6 to recast a weapon, 3 to recast a piece of armour.

Mmmm actually there seems to be a pack item but is new and not so easy to get:

The name also is not the same as the one in database. On the database is named Dustfall: Cherish but on our version I think is called Dustfall Relic or something like that.

If you look at the last recipe of this weapon : http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/45509
it ask 6 of those.
Stil not sure how much cost each of those mats. I want to make some of those weapons just for the look

I've gotten some rank 8 recast items from heavenfall temple as well. Dustfall: Something. Don't recall what it was because I NPCd it when I finished the runs there.

You still need to run QM for rerolls. If you dont reroll a single time, it will still have the stats from your r8r.

Actually, QSM has been made easier since the elysium patch, it was in the patch notes. you can now trade songflow rings for other mats at the end, thus speeding up the rarer mat collection. i'm not 100% certain how much faster tho. knowing pwi you'll need rediculous amounts of them for 1 mat. anyone able to provide more info on this?

nah, that feature is pretty useless.

Its an NPC at the start (why the start lol) of the instance where you can open 100 of the songflow ringstones at once, where you normally had to click them one by one.

You know you can just go in and check the npc yourself.

And anyway, if that were the case, it'd be largely useless as its the number of ringstones that are the actual gatekeeper to rerolling the wep in my experience.​​
