Free second land parcel homestead quest

I never got my second free parcel for the homestead and I'm more than qualified for it. Several lands have been unlocked as I've leveled my homestead but I did not receive the charter to officially unlock it. I already sent in a ticket to the PWI team about it and they told me to send a bug report. When I tried to send a bug report, they deleted my ticket, scolding me for sending multiple tickets at once in an attempt to resolve the matter faster. The last and final e-mail sent me here to quality corner where I am opening a discussion to have this fixed for me.
To reiterate, I HAVE a homestead. It's leveling perfectly fine. I just want the FREE SECOND PARCEL of land. YES, I have met the requirements already. (although finding out WHAT those were was a nightmare). I'm not sending in another ticket. Check my account or whatever you have to do but I'm getting tired of fighting PWI support for this one silly thing. I enjoy playing the game and I would like to expand that experience. I understand you have bigger fish to fry so to speak but I've "talked" with four different Game Developers in the last week about it would really just like it resolved -_-u Thank you.

A second parcel? You only get one for free, if you want to expand your land you can buy one for 10m at the npc in west archo.

You get a quest that pops up when you first establish your homestead that gives you a free land charter. I've gotten it on my sin but not on my cleric. I realize that I need to have a big note to buy more land after the first initial two plots are given. I just want the second free parcel from the quest, which never popped up.

I had the same issue. I was able to get a free peice of land on my SB but my archer never got it. Despite having a higher level homestead.
