Email notifications from PWE not receieved by all players

Hi,

I was told to post this here in the Quality Corner by the customer support team. :(

I have two accounts that do not get any promotional offers/adverts or in-game codes from PWE.
Meanwhile other accounts get regular emails about new games, offers, adverts and codes from PWE.
Many of my friends also have accounts where they do not get any of the adverts or codes from PWE.
It is not in their spam mailbox and they DO have all the various notification settings enabled.

So summary of this issue is simple, please investigate/fix your automated mailing system so that my account recieves emails from you.
