Does anyone know how to turn in the Iceshard crystals? I can not find the PWI Inventory Master any where?

Its the PWI Market Agent in South Archo. Near the Perfect Questmaster. You need a hell of a lot of Iceshard's to get anything worth while however.Kymsplat - Sin -
