FB 99 Trophy Mode and Weekly are the same thing?

I know that previously had the trophy mode of FB 99 and other lower FB that no longer exists, but the TM 99 still exists...
The question is, is it the same weekly quest or is it separate?
And if separate, still has time limit?
I was interested in making these rings and robe:

But they ask other items in addition to the weekly badges...
