[Suggestion] Active Faction List in game with apply function

An active Faction Listing in game, that one can access easily over a shortkey that will show a list with all current factions of the server, with number of members, lv of the faction, lv of base and maybe the name of the faction leader. It would be handy if an application system would be added in that way too. The list should be actualized in a decent time frame. Maybe give Factions a way to do an automated broadcast that they are recruiting for a small in game fee with game coins that will last x-amount of days.

New and old players would profit from this and so would factions too in organizing new members.
