Cannot sell,decompress or discard item

Hello i have a litle problem. I have 1 Bow who i dont need him but i cannot sell,decompress or discard this bow. So my question is how to get rid of him. At Assistant Wang Tsai cannot trade him to. Can you help me.

What is the name of the Bow?​​

I trade him to Assistant Wang Tsai. Just early dont see that have more then 1 type bow at Basic menu.
