Change blessing agent to use starlight crystals

Why can't they simply accept peoples tickets, send a GM with requested item player npc crystals? SIMPLE, IMMEDIATE fix.

probably because it's better to be fixed to work the way it was designed too, Besides, Domino put up a sticky regarding this issue.

I agree it's better to properly fix it, but they coulda prevented a lot of rage the past month by taking my suggestion and resolving through tickets

I would assume going in and checking every players account for validity and then sending out each individual item sounds like a logistical nightmare. If and when the NPC actually comes back with this functionality, they would have to ensure that each player wont have crystals to go and redeem for the prizes they already traded in for/ticketed support for. (Because unfortunately any instances for exploits and abuse have been taken advantage of). Sounds like they're waiting on the devs to issue our version a fix which is a smarter move than having more people complain that so-and-so was able to get more DoD/DoT because the exchanges didn't happen properly. Or even worse, having stuff go randomly missing because they went in to try and appease everyone. Better safe than sorry, I feel. I'm sure we'll get an answer in due time!

Are you referring to the items being sent directly to you by GM's via the in-game mailing system? If so, alot of abuse has come from people having stuff sent in their mail (Old MoG glitches from DQ points come to mind). Sending in the mail is the fastest solution but doesn't take away the fact that all the affected player would still have their crystals-and then if the NPC comes back around again? They not only just got the DoD/DoT from the item send, they can now redeem what they were going to originally. And if the item send was faulty you'll now suddenly have a bunch of DoT/DoD potentially flooding the market. (which in retrospect some people might welcome but that's a topic for another day). And by checking accounts, I mean Im sure they already did their initial sweep of "Oh does this person have crystals in their bags". Like I said, they're probably just waiting on a fix to come through the pipeline so for now, just sit on them and check up on them every so often to make sure they don't suddenly expire. If they do at any point, be sure to report it as soon as possible to Customer Service.

From what the heck are you talking about???? Really..... And would flood market? We got those crystal by open PACKS, not GLITCHED or got by GMS via mail. you should read topic again. Ty , made my day :-)

When I hear "item ticket" I hear sent via item send. I'm assuming someone posting above you was referring to resolving CS tickets by sending out what people wanted to trade for a shard of their choice via the in-game mailing system. I'm saying that system (item sends) have been exploited, and to do so for a mass compensation and then leaving people with crystals in their bags wouldn't be very smart. I'm not saying people didn't already have these crystals or didn't get them legitimately, perhaps I should clarify. It sounded like people were wanting the shard of their choice sent to them as compensation while the NPC is currently not functioning. Doing compensation via item send when people have these crystals (or working on some sort of "honor system" where people NPC them) only opens themselves up for issues down the road if and when the NPC comes back for it's functionality. I'm not sure how much clearer I need to make this-I'm referring to people looking for compensation for their crystals via a method outside of waiting on China for a fix. And if you were wondering where I was going with this, it was mentioned by you earlier.

Best we can do is wait honestly-I have 500+ of these crystals sitting in my bag. I'm sure they'll come up with a fix for this.

I've had situations in the past where a wrong item was purchased from the cash shop, or also a situation of items being labeled incorrectly. In those situations they sent out bear claw, who gave the correct item. And then had the player noc the incorrect item. Doesn't require that much work. I give this two more Tuesday's until I open a case with the better business bureau and encourage every casher I know to do full charge backs

I'm going to wait until after the mats expire before I complain about it. PWI and the devs are aware of the issue so Best to be patient and let them deal with it.
