Wishful Incense Stick

I acidentaly endup buing a buch of these bound Wishful Incense Stick and Sincere wish came along, I wana know how to use them.
the Wishful Incense Stick when rigth cliked gives u a BUFF + wishful incense and talks about a 100000 server count and the Sincere wish says something about trade at Pilgrum I wanted to know if anyone had any info, cause I didn't find anywere. Sorry if I post it in the wrong place.
