Weekly contest

So i was thinking of having a weekly contest using the cornucopia. How it would work is, everyday id send out like 250k in 8 envelopes, and anyone who gets like 20k or less will be entered. At the end of the week id choose someone randomly and they'd get some kind of prize like 5m, or some sort of items, like tt mats or something.

So i guess id like some opinions on some things, like should i even bother doing this. Seems like it might be fun.
What numbers should i use, like 200k in 20 envelopes, and anyone who gets under 10k should be entered.
Should i make a thread and update it everyday with people who are eligible and what the prizes are.
I would need a way to choose randomly. Id have to make some sort of program or something using C++ or one of those programs i learned how to use in high school. Or maybe there is same way to do this in excel?
What should the prizes be. Im not looking to go crazy, im not super rich. Id need to be able to replenish what i give away every week so i can do it again the next.like 10m (daily envelopes and prizes) total for the week is probably replenish-able for me i think, and does that make it worth it to do, or is that amount just totally negligible and makes this a waste of time for everyone.
What problems do you think would arise from doing this, or what kinds of things do you see putting a kink in the works.

I probably won't start for a while, maybe see what kind of responses i get here first.
