I am giving some info about property and relative quest
Basically, if u want good reward from your homestead, u need a high property so that u can get high level quest

how to read following info
Q1 mean lvl1 quest, 1-7 mean the subnumber of lvl1 quest, 73.91% mean the chance from refresh (in theory, u may have very little chance to higher quest ever low property, but those chance is ignored in following table)

The cleanliness total is the sum of all the cleanliness values of all your assets you have currently marked as valuable, you can view this by going to Menu/Codex/Manage Assets. Higher prosperity items do require higher cleanliness but the relationship isn't completely correlated from what I recall. This shouldn't be too much of an issue as we seem to have quite a lot of the red gems, though we will start using these up once we need to refresh the quests a few times a day to get the better housing dailies for a higher number of Sigils.

Mastery's are Construction/Decoration/Furnishing/Handcraft, the assets are sorted into groups as Residence/Hobby/Furniture/Nature, with subgroups within each, the subgroups are unique to one Mastery but the top group can have multiple Mastery's within it. The quest text on pwdatabase seems to use different wording for these subgroups but we should be able to work out which is which.

The red quests basically require one high level item crafted from a specific mastery, from a cursory glance they seem spread out from all the mastery's, you would refresh on average 5 times (18.92% to get red quests at highest prosperity bracket) so this is where the contracting comes in, you would be buying a craft service off another player/friend/alt who has the mastery for the item you need to complete your quest.

How long and how much coin/gold will it take to reach lv 30 homestead in PWI ? What are the new boutique items related to homestead so far ?

It's been a few days now since the new patch, what level are you guys' homesteads now ? Just curious.

@freygin I think ppl can reach lvl 18 homestead right now if he spent enough coin and gold. If you want to level faster than other, you need to keep to buy daily mats bag (4 + 6 golds) from BQ and buy trophy ( so far is level 5 in NPC). 1.5-2b for max you homestead build and level 5 trophy. So far even you level faster than other, you can not get more benefit because unreachable for G17R4-5 so far and G17R3 basically useless except its purify and some def proc for non-caster class.

so I can not see any good to spend billions coin and thousands of golds on homestead for level faster. Some1 may argue from the star chart stuff and card pack from quest. but if you spend those money to buy card and star chart stuff, far cheaper.

I see, does it matter buying it now or later, since we'll have to buy it anyway ? or can be crafted/free ?

I'm not actively playing on PWI, just login ocassionally to check what's new, on the server where I play r8r/warsoul wpn is what people mostly equipped with, so G17R3 is gonna be a HUGE upgrade especially from r8r for sin/barb/bm aiming for GOF+AtkLevel both in one weapon. 40 atk level when zerkcrit can generate 160 atk level.

@freygin if you level faster than other, you may sell your craft expansive than others cuz rare. but don't expect that can pay back your spent.

I don't have time to play pwi those time consuming stuff too. half hour daily is good and enough to me. Some time, I play NW/TW for some pvp fun. I am quitting from UP daily, unacceptable to me spend over 2 hours on pwi each day and real life like family and work is more important than pwi.

True, I hope they'll consider changing dailies to daily quest ticket instead that can stack for a week or a month or even a year so for those who can't play everyday will still have a chance to catch up and do it marathon in one sitting when they have more leisure time on some other days in the one week/month/year timeframe. But not gonna happen.

By the way is there anything new on PW CN after this Elysium patch ?
