homestead daily quest

been trying to figure out how "craft" more than one item that it asks for. i can make only 1 item, but when made it doesn't show "1/3".. so how are these quests done?

For the first time I wil have to take time and actually read alot of text in the homestead to figure it out how you do all the homestead thing. I hate reading text. Couldnt they make it more easy. I crafted 3 things and now I need 3 lions things and I got no idea were do I craft those. I just want to obtain materials for skills. Otherwise I really dont care for the house.
