Are there any free fashion clothes in this game?

someone told me i can get gold fish fashion for free but i don't know from where.

We got the Goldfish Shirt/Heels/Shorts once for free for logging in several times (login event).
Maybe we got it again for a 2nd or 3rd time when I was inactive, idk.

Btw, you will get random colors and the look will be ugly.
It's only looking good with one color imo (Copper). And you need 22 pigments to dye the full set.

It was given away for free several times, but it's been a long time since they last gave goldfish fashion away.
You could also buy it with event gold not long ago (not completely free, but event gold are often given away for free) but its taken out of the event boutique for the moment. There are other fashion available there though. Just press O while you are ingame and click on "Event" at upper left corner, then "Fashion".
The event boutique have fashion with prices that range from everywhere between 3 gold for 1 fashion piece and up to 48 gold for 1 piece.
Keep eye out for events where you can win event gold, such as tigers (every monday 21:00 servertime I think) and login events like the easter login event, though that one just ended earlier this week.​​

PWI gave out a couple of permanent sets for new users and hitting level milestones... now they are timed.

Once in a blue moon, you will get a set from an event -- but the color is always random. If you aren't lucky you wind up with some fugly colors.​​

do i need a certain lvl to reach that place?
