Just out of plain curiosity, how do you accidentally devour a card because of lag, really.

Lag? Good that you get asked beforehand if you want to devour a card that has more EXP then would fit into the new card. rb1 chigo = 905 exp. any a-card, no matter how high rbed can only take 450 exp.

So something is off here. One way or another..they wouldnt replace it no matter what.

likley it stopped working and you either started randomly clicking or other.

Can I ask why this card was in your inventory if its a card your using?

You can ticket this they will check the logs. Ill be surprised if they action.

Either way, if you know you have lag, then you shouldn't be doing things like this. That's just common sense.

The support team will most likely tell you the same thing, and you're just SOL because you had no patience to wait for the latency issue to resolve.

Solution: Don't do **** when you have high pings.
You really just screwed yourself here, and it's entirely your fault.

Yeah, it's not very likely you will get anything back. I mean, it's still possible, but your chances are very very small.

As others have already stated, you should have known better, and performing actions in those conditions is basically asking for trouble.

I dont see how you accidentally click a card to devour.
Lag has nothing to do with it. You weren't paying attention plain and simple.
That is like accidentally ordering a pizza.

    **Edit
To answer you question. No. You wont get it back. Unless you can prove without a doubt that you had the card, and devoured it, AND that it was due to lag. Even with that, you still won't get any thing back because your story isnt that believable.
