Preorder Bundles!

I'm sure a majority of the forum regulars have seen the news post, but I've been curious. It says some of the stuff is exclusive to the preorder, including things like the r9 upgrade, or the homestead mats. Will all the materials be available after the expansion? Will they be farmable or botique only? How many do we need?? I think we deserve a little extra info on it. i know more then a few people would be irked if they bought the 128g orb and only got 1/10th the mats to upgrade and never got the chance again. I bring it up because we've been screwed over in the past by similar events.
