Charge rewards points?

Is anyone else having trouble receiving the charge rewards points? I put some gold an hour ago and the charge rewards page still shows zero.

    It can take a few days for that to update. By a few I mean 3-5. (It doesn't always, but it can, so don't be surprised when it does.)

    This has been the case since 2008.​​

    Charge rewards page says:

    "Current Promotion Period: February 18 at 10:00am - February 27 at 11:59pm
    Prize items will be available until March 30 at 11:59pm"

    I was just wondering if they actually forgot to turn it on or if it's just a typo...

    Knowing PWE, I'd say that's most likely a typo. How you type March into February , I'm not sure. Most likely they copied info from a previous event and missed changing the month.​​

    Thanks you for the reply, werid, that the first time its taken time to update it's usually instant after I've charged.

    I'd go ahead and ticket it guys. I'm with y'all that it's always been instant for the charge reward points - I've seen spend promos take time to send, but never charge

    I have been playing since 2008 and never had this take 3-5 days.

    PWI Charge Promotion

    Earn Points Period:
    Start: Friday 03/18/2016 @ 10:00 AM PDT
    End: Sunday 03/27/2016 @ 11:59 PM PDT

    Redeem Points Period:
    Start: Friday 03/18/2016 @ 10:00 AM PDT
    End: Wednesday 03/30/2016 @ 11:59 PM PST

    How it works: Check the rewards page! For every gold that you transfer to a PWI server from 03/18 @ 10AM PDT until 03/27/2016 @ 11:59PM PDT, your account will receive 100 Bonus Points.

    *Please note that your Gold will remain untouched-- these Bonus Points are completely separate from your actual Gold, so spending the Bonus Points will NOT spend your Gold. This promotion is purely a bonus!*

    Also, please note that your account will not be credited with Bonus Points until the Gold is actually transferred to a PWI server.

    1 Gold transferred to PWI = 100 Bonus Points

    And I did submit a ticket and have already gotten a reply and an apology - but still no bonus points

    I submitted a ticket and they replied too, they asked what I was gonna redeem with the points, it seems like they are gonna send me the items manually, I still didn't get a second reply. Be patient, guys

    We have been looking into it and have found that there was a failure somewhere in the back end. Good news is that we think we have a solution and wI'll be getting everyone the points they should have earned.

    Same here, charge rewards points has always been given to me immediately, never have to wait, now it's 12 hours and I still have not gotten any points.

    So past 2 days i have charged 20 and 53 gold. Got the charge rewards for the 53, what are you guys going to do with my other 2000 reward points?

    I charged a lot on the 16th sadly that wont count. But I did charge 40g in the charge promotion. I haven't seen my points either. D:

    I've just been informed that they were able to resolve the issue. If you guys have not received your points, shoot a ticket to customer support and they'll get you sorted out.

    okay so you are helping them resolving this issue, which is fine - but a 500 dollar issue gets entirely ignored by you and your team?

    I'm losing patience with this incompetent company, 4th ticket in 3 weeks. I have never **** about pwi, but this is getting ridiculous. Arc is an utter failure. Before Arc forum was much active, now it's dead. You guys made changes to arc and the charge reward page, now I can't enter server and character name to redeem charge rewards.
