Log-in event rewards issue

My level 60 toons won't receive the rewards from the log-in event.
I'm just posting this thread to see if others experience the same problem, or if it's just me.

My level 70+ toons received the rewards. I wanted to check with others before the event is over, to have a more clear view if it's just me or more people face the same situation. Thank you!

And to answer some possible questions:
~ There is space in the mailbox.
~ I log them several times during the day on different times of the day.
~ One I left it for a long time to see if the reward will trigger.
~ The higher level toons (lv70+) received the rewards so I don't think that the problem is the timezone. If the timezone was the problem, those toons would have the same issue. Plus I log them in several times during the day so I don't think that would be the problem.

At this stage all I'm asking is to hear from another player in the level range lv60-69. If they are getting the rewards or if they encounter the same problem.
