Refine transfer prices are absurd

This ha been a problem since the day this was implemented, chienkun at 1 USD is absurdly high and especially for highly refined gear, even with chienkun on sale, needing 800 + 236 + 192 chienkun for a refine transfer of a single weapon makes the price prohibitive and much cheaper to start from 0.

I have a toon permanently stuck at r9 first recast because the cost of refine transfer her gear to third recast is close to humm 1.500 USD on sale? Mine was R9 long before R9 recast was obtainable that's the reason. Is like this game punished me for refining R9 when it was made available.

Suggestion: please allow us to refine transfer to a lower refine level, I do not mind transfer refine to +7/+8/+9/+10 if this cuts the price in 1000%. I can deal with later the refines at a long term, please dont force us to start from 0 is unfair. Also please cut already the chienkun price by 50% so it can be cut further on sale, it is too expensive, also remove the cost of socket transfer the cost is already too high and we are paying for the gems and refines, please, please make this system less punishing for american players.
