Mystic Demon spark(bugged)

Hey everyone, I just checked all Demon mages sparks have +700% weapon damage and restoring 20% of your maximum MANA. While Mystics have only +500% weapon damage and text says its restoring +20% Health, but actually restoring mana. So why Mystics Demons have lower damage than others?
