    You might try submitting a ticket.
    Also, be very careful, you can get scammed pretty easily with this kind of transfer.​​

    I have coins on Etherblade that i want to trade to Tideswell but am worried about scammers as well. Is there anyway it can be traded safely?

    Have both of you verify via either screen caps or trade window that the situation is real.

    After that do it in really small trades. 5-10m each time going back and forth with both of you using two accounts at once to make it faster. If you have to trade 500m it might take you half an hour or so. So be it, it's annoying but it'll get it done.

    Obviously it's not 100% safe but frankly it's a lot of effort to scam someone for 5m.
