Can a GM post a torrent for PWI with all the updates/patches?

No, leave it in the exceptions.

Personally, 98% of the games and MMO's you play should be fully excluded. I personally keep a single folder called "Games" where I install all games, and just exclude that one folder. That way they are all excluded.

There are two reasons for doing this.

• You don't risk a false positive corrupting your game client.
• You take a lot of load off the CPU by not actively scanning your game with the AV software while playing.

Integrity and performance will both benefit.​​

Nope. Only option is to download it via Arc.
Manual patches have not been available for a while either.​​

That's too bad that there isn't a torrent for it because I've been stuck around 8.80gbs for the past few days.

Make sure that you fully excluded Arc from your AV software. It will cause an issue if you don't.
Edit: Also fully exclude the client after it's installed as well. Especially before you update it.​​
