Few noob questions

Ok so... the point here is that a while ago PWI give to some players a kind of pill that make you level up to lvl 95. AND GUESS WHO DID IT EVEN KNOWING NOTHING ABOUT THE GAME?!. Yeah, me... I played pwi like 6 years ago and a lot have changed so now that I have this Mystic lvl 96 now, I've done my cultivation, im Demon now. But my questions are these:

* How can i get my skills of Aware of Vacuity?
* I already have my third spark But I think im soo weak, so anyone know what I can do?
