[TEXT?] Sage/Demon Empowered Vigor

I just noticed that Demon Empowered Vigor says that it gives a 4 second charm cooldown reduction when it should be 3 seconds? They get the potion/skill healing boost as well. The only bonus for Sage is that 1 second extra for both Empowered and Diminished Vigor. Demon Diminished is only 3 seconds and gives the potion/skill healing bonus like it should. It is not right for Demon psychic to get both the sage+demon bonuses for Empowered Vigor.

I did not do any testing to see if it actually only gives 3 seconds or not. Either way the text or skill is wrong. If they say that's how the skill is supposed to be, then Sage psychics do not get any benefit from that skill over demon... lame
