Enable blacklist on cross-server

Since some people seem to be taking advantage of the fact that that you can't bl on that server, I'd like to suggest enabling it. Honestly makes no sense that it's disabled.​​

You know what.

I am really disappointed by a few people when it comes to Server Vs Server wars. In the last War I took over 8 Screen Shots. Of chat where a few people where being stupid to a point where they where causing grief and upset to other players. I don't want to admit that the BL needs to be put in place the problem is I don't think It can either do it or its not switched on.

@thenamesdomino I don't often refer this to the GMs but It would be nice to have a GM on Nation War at least once as this is an issue which could get worse.

As far as things go @chary im sorry you have had to make this post. Im going to Log this as an issue in the Logs and any problems you have please take SS and send them in using the Ticket System.
