I have been hearing about this since October but I have not seen this feature yet. Where can we access it and make a new channel for ourselves and our Faction?

It's in the Arc client. You must have Windows Vista or newer.0

I would like to know about what happened too. According to the news page: http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi/news/detail/9622093-arc-voice-pc-is-here! this feature should had been out, but it was never
really released. What the hell is with this lie? Fire that guy making these fake news reports!

Last time I ran Arc it was in it. I cannot look atm though since I do not have Arc installed. It was buggy as hell, but it was an option in the Arc interface.0

It is, maybe you should follow the steps on how to use it before you start yelling. The only fitting image for this forum.0 -

Ok:
To break it down:
1. Click on where 1 is pointing
2. Then click on where 2 is pointing
3. Then click on where 3 is pointing
4. Then you get the room settings screen (middle one) in front of you, you create a room
5. Then right click on your room and add channels with or without pin, your settings, whatever (where 5 is pointing) (i didn't add a 4 because paint is hard)
6. Then look at your channel list (see 6)
7. Double click on any of your channels to join it and see 7
You are now MLG at arc voice.
Thing is, why would anyone use this instead of the already long established programs dedicated to this, doing so in a whole lot better way?The only fitting image for this forum.0 -

The assumed reason would be because you "need" ARC to run PWI or other PWE games and while ARC uses a decent amount of RAM they tried to lessen the load for your computer so you wouldn't have to run another voice program.
But yes, it's a bit buggy, I've tried it and found other programs better, even the free ones.
ARC Voice also uses more ram than another voice program I use. ARC uses 40MB and the other I use is 2MB.

What do you mean it uses a decent amount of RAM? I looked in my task manger and after adding up everything that has ARC its only 38.6MB, both my clients open is still only 852.2 MB. Not saying I would use ARC voice seeing as there are better programs out there.0
