Help !! My characters disappeared or robbed me

Today I entered my mind and I realized that my characters had disappeared . I did not give my password to anyone. One of my PJs called SILIca and other Seshiria .

    Ok let me guess if I get what you are saying.

    You loged to your account and on the character selection screen there is no character?

    If thats your case could be that you entered the wrong server. Try to log out and before entering your user/password, on that same window press choose server. On that screen: select the server you play and then login.
    If you dont see any character after that... Well in that case it means that they may have been deleted.
    Also keep in mind that if you or someone else deleted your character, they will be gone only after a week if im not wrong.

    It was only one day after I created my two characters, that I could not find them, on ANY servers.
