I vote stormbringers Ive never met a Arcane class with enough stupidity more then this. DoT for days which in all honesty ignores spirit and def levels with the flexibility to move w/ attack along with anti skill passive freaking stupid adding reaper makes them p.def tankier then r9rr jsod barbs or seekers with the m.def to ignore magic if you can afford it go sb and ravage peoples souls with endless aoe and mindless dots and debuffs and gg churning vortex. They are a magic incarnation of a bm if you ask me only alot more annoying to kill

@muler, only difference is SB has a passive -25% damage to ANY type of damage as long as it originated within ~5 (?) Meters of them and doesn't have -11 defense levels from attack mode psy, so at equal gear they take less damage from the same attack than a psy would, long as it's within 5 meters (and that's why I hate knife throw...)
    full +12 SB, currently lv 105 105 105

that skill, in pwcn discription, just reduce the normal att dmg. but in pwi, i didn't see "normal" word

did you test it? it really is for "any" dmg?

I'm talking about blood of the night shade, I think you're thinking of lunar guidance, but to answer your question, yes I did(used a weaponless ep to test w/ great cyclone at varuous ranges). If you wanna test either be a SB or find a SB w/ maxed blood of the nightshade passive, find a magic class who can cast w/o a wep (so that there is 0 variance in skill damage ) and have the 2nd char attack the stormbringer at long and very close range. It's a nice thing to know if you a SB and fighting a class that doesn't have many/any dangerous close range attacks (like ep, psy, EA, other SB)
